I am currently going through the preliminary steps of finding who I am and what I want to be when I "Grow-up" before I really can brand myself. I found the process to be the opposite way. Writing in my Blog The Comparative Advantage (http://comparativeadvantage.wordpress.com/) about managing people, leadership and other business related subjects, has got me started on thinking what I like and what I want to do. I find my self in a position where I am inclined to practice what I preach. It is not an easy journey, but it is a fascinating one!
